Across these three countries, we currently partner with 45 producer organizations. Together, we work to improve their access to finance, strengthen their operations, and support their transition toward more sustainable production. This is done through a combination of technical assistance, tailored financing via the Progreso Fund, and digital tools for data management and traceability.
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing this portfolio. The role combines program management, financial analysis, and partnership development. You will work closely with local teams, cooperatives, donors, and private sector partners, ensuring that projects are well implemented, financially sound, and aligned with broader sustainability goals.
This position requires someone who can move comfortably between strategy and operations, reviewing financials, developing proposals, supporting investment decisions, and keeping track of progress across multiple projects and countries.
We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in program and financial management in the coffee or cocoa sector, strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of working with producer organizations. The role is based in Peru, Colombia, or Nicaragua and requires fluency in Spanish and strong English.
At Progreso, you will work in a small, international team with a high level of autonomy and responsibility, contributing directly to more sustainable and inclusive value chains.
