Progreso Foundation is currently looking to fill a vacancy for a Beyco Implementation Officer based in Nicaragua. This full-time position focuses on supporting coffee and cocoa cooperatives in rolling out and using Beyco, our digital farmer platform for data management, traceability, and improved farm practices.

At Progreso Foundation, we work to secure an honest income for smallholder farmers while preserving ecosystems and meeting market demands. With more than 20 years of experience in the coffee and cocoa sector, we support producer organizations across Latin America, Africa, and Asia through hands-on technical assistance, access to finance, and digital innovation.

As Beyco Implementation Officer, you will work closely with cooperatives, service providers, and farmers in Nicaragua to ensure the effective adoption of the Beyco Farmer platform. The role is highly field-oriented and combines on-site and remote training, regular partner visits, troubleshooting, and continuous monitoring of platform use. You will also contribute to partnership development and identifying opportunities to expand Beyco’s reach in the country.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in the coffee and/or cocoa sector who enjoys working hands-on with farmers, feels comfortable with digital tools, and wants to contribute to more sustainable supply chains.
