A small, but experienced and strong team is responsible for the coordination and execution of the Program, as well as the management of the Fund. Angel Mario Martinez was born in Colima, Mexico. He obtained a Graduate Degree in Marketing and worked in several companies in the private sector where he gained sound experience in Market Research and Advertising. For the last 5 years, he lived in Amsterdam, and was responsible for developing the strategy and overall management of the Progreso Program and Fund.

- Edith Kroese
Edith Kroese is specialized in organization development and has been working with producer organizations in Latin America and Africa for over ten years. With a degree in educational science, she has a sound knowledge base in education and training issues. Edith gained international working experience through short term and long term assignments in Eastern Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa. As one of her tasks, Edith coordinates Progreso Network, a platform for exchange and learning between producer organizations.

- Marieke Rodenhuis
Marieke Rodenhuis was born in Franeker, The Netherlands. She obtained master degrees in International Business Administration and Humanitarian Action. Over the last five years Marieke has worked for various development organizations, including a two year assignment in Honduras. She now lives in Amsterdam where she works as the regional program coordinator for the activities of the Progreso Program in Latin America.

- Luis Ignacio Carmona
Luis Ignacio Carmona was born in Mexico City. He followed Graphic Communication studies in Mexico and obtained a Master Degree in the Netherlands. He has worked with small producer organizations for the last 7 years, developing communication strategies for them to reach the market. He is in charge of the visibility, transparency and communication of the Progreso Program.
