Program Components

Progreso believes that, in order to be succesful, an organization must develop integrally. Progreso has identified four key components that can trigger this development and sustain it over time. Progreso's interventions include - when possible - support in all four components.

Through the MIDCA-model, an in-house tool for organizational assesment, a 4 year plan is developed together with the organization. These plans includes activities in all four components, since every component contributes strategically to achieve the overall goals set by the organization.
