Progreso believes that, in order to be succesful, an organization must develop integrally. Progreso has identified 4 key components that can trigger this development and sustain it over time. Progreso's interventions include - when possible - support in all four components.
Through the MIDCA-model, an in-house tool for organizational assesment, a 4 year plan is developed together with the organization. These plans includes activities in all four components, since every component contributes strategically to achieve the overall goals set by the organization.
