From the beginning, Progreso Program and Fund have been supported by institutions committed to the development of small producers. At the same time there are close relationships and collaboration with many partners that make possible the successful implementation of the Program.

• Financers

The Progreso Program and Fund have received, from the start, support and financing from DOEN Foundation, Rabobank Foundation and PSO. Starting year 2009, CORDAID is part of this financers group.

• Importers

In addition, the Progreso Fund has established contact with other organizations that provide pre-financing in order to support the small producers' organizations to trade their products. The Progreso Program and Fund work closely with a number of coffee and cocoa importers from several countries in Europe, the United States and Japan. Importers are a source of information for the Progreso Program about the situation and trends of the market and contribute significantly to the development of specialty markets for coffee and cocoa.

• NGO's
