Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union Ltd

Established in 1999, the union includes 35 cooperatives that belong to 100,000 families

Participates in Progreso Program since: 2001

Progreso Program has worked with this cooperative in the area of Access to Finance, Access to Market (business trips), and since 2006 with the Diversification project in the production of honey.

Number of members: 75,000

Certifications: The 35 cooperatives are certified and BCS Oko-Garantie and 8 of them with the German FLO certification.
