Gakundu Farmers Co-operative Society Ltd

Gakundu Farmer Co-operative Union Society Ltd (Gakundu) has been registered since 1964. The organization has currently a total of 4.328 members (from which 3.118 are active; and 41 are institutions, such as: teachers groups, workers groups, etc. 1,500 members are coffee producers). The Co-operative is located in the slopes of the Mount Kenya, the highest peak in the country.
