New opportunities in Mexico

The Progreso Program is working on setting up a support program for several organisations in the important coffee region of Chiapas. Program manager Marieke Rodenhuis visited several organisations to look into opportunities.
Like most other Progreso partners, Mexican organisations are struggling to have access to sufficient credit for working capital needs and additionally expressed strong interest in strengthening their organisations in agro-technical and managerial issues. On top of that, they are always on the look-out to get new clients and sell more coffee: a good fit with the objectives of the Progreso Program!
