Manager's School in Rwanda
12 April 2011, Rwanda
In beautiful Rwanda, the trainings on the first two modules of the African Managers School have started. One of the trainings focuses on increasing the capacity of the Supervisory Board of coffee cooperatives, so that it can perform its functions in a more proper way and be able to fulfill its role in contributing to a continuous and critical development of the organization.
Another training on Economic and Financial Management has recently concluded. The participants have improved the financial and economic operations of their cooperatives as well as their efficiency in managing resources. These modules are expected to be replicated with members of coffee and cocoa producer groups in other countries and regions in the continent.
