• Institutional Strengthening of the Organization: Through the Modelo Integral de Diagnóstico para Cooperativas y Asociaciones (MIDCA) a strategy is developed, together with the organization, to improve their performance.

• Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance to producers according to their needs, divided in two main areas:

             Producer level: Pre-harvest activities, production, collection, organic fertilization, maintainance and post harvest activities, among others.

           Management level: Activities directly related to improve the performance of the management.

• Exchange learning: Aiming to share the producers' knowledge and experience, a strategic alliance has been established with Progreso Network (http://www.progresonetwork.org/). Progreso Network provides a virtual platform to build a learning community.
