- Activities for the Access to Market component include:
Participation in local, national and international fairs and conventions.
Participation at (trade) fairs and conventions enables producer organisations to initiate contacts, exchange information and has proven to be one of the most effective ways for them to commercialize their products. For example, the important SCAA event attracts many clients and also innovations from the specialty coffee industry are presented.

Business Trips
This activity allows producer organisations to visit importers and to learn more about the market. During business trips existing contacts are further strengthened and new contacts (buyers as well as financers) can be made.
An ongoing activity are the workshops that enable organisations to prepare and execute a business trip. Also, Progreso Program has developed a manual that explains how to plan, implement and evaluate a business trip.

Development of Promotional Material:
Progreso Program supports the organisations to have the necessary promotional material to assist them during their marketing activities. This includes brochures, business cards and also the development of their websites.
